SCV130 Cancellation Policy:

• Registrants may cancel until April 30th: 100% refund of fees for registration and events. No returns are allowed on Numbered Medals.
• Registrants may cancel May 1st up through May31st: :50% refund of fees for registration and events. No returns are allowed on Numbered Medals.
• No return on fees paid for registration and events cancelled after May 31st. No returns are allowed on Numbered Medals.
• Refunds will be made by Texas Division-issued or bank-issued checks only. Fees paid to the third-party credit card vendor for credit card use will not be refunded. They were convenience charges paid to the vendor.
